Radiology Research Journal (RRJ) operates a double-anonymous peer review process: reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors, and author identities are not disclosed to reviewers. Reviewers are selected for their documented subject expertise and are asked to declare any competing interest before accepting an assignment.

Peer review is unpaid scholarly service. The journal publishes this page to acknowledge, with the consent of each individual, the reviewers who have completed at least one review during the stated publication period. Listing on this page does not reveal which manuscripts an individual reviewed.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers for Radiology Research Journal are expected to follow the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers:

Confidentiality
Treat the manuscript as a confidential document. Do not share, cite, or use its content before publication, and do not involve a colleague in the review without the editor's approval.
Objectivity
Judge the work on its scientific merit alone. Comments must be constructive and specific; personal criticism of the authors is not acceptable.
Declaration of Competing Interests
Decline the invitation where a financial, personal, institutional, or academic conflict could compromise impartiality, including recent collaboration with a suspected author.
Timeliness
Submit the review within the agreed period, or notify the editorial office promptly if an extension or withdrawal is necessary.
Alerting the Editor
Report to the editor any suspicion of plagiarism, data fabrication, image manipulation, redundant publication, or unaddressed ethical approval.
No Undisclosed Use of Generative AI
Manuscripts must not be uploaded to generative AI tools, as this breaches confidentiality. Any assistive use in preparing the review must be disclosed to the editor.
Reviewer Recognition
A certificate of review is issued on request for each completed review.
Reviewers may record verified activity on their ORCID or Web of Science reviewer profile.
Names are published in the annual acknowledgement above, with the reviewer's consent.
Consistently outstanding reviewers may be invited to join the Editorial Board.
